when are you going to get the on line chat between players at the table on line?? this feature has been "coming soon" since you began this site!!! is it ever going to happen? and if so by what date?

Hi Shelby, I've been working closely with Spadester, and the word is that it should be up soon with their new release. Also, I think it would be a good idea for players to post other changes they'd like to see incorporated into the site. Thanks, Dustin Stout

About time we had a forum again... I have mixed feelings about the chat. It seems like a good idea, but it could also lead to a lot of cheating. There's really nothing stopping people from blurting out what they have in their hand, which could be really bad in a partner game. I think that it should be optional, and when the create a table feature is implemented I think it should be up to the table creator to decide whether chat should be allowed in that room or not.

Not sure if that's a good thing to have or not, some people are probably penisy enough to start trouble and lead to arguments breaking out. Not sure if I like the idea, in all honesty.

I think its a good thing to have chat built into the game session for the simple needs of a piece of mind. It really sucks to being playing with a partner and not to be able to get to know them, or having the need of a rematch game, and someone else hops in the seat unkowingly, and no way to communicate to that person. I also believe when in a team game there is a need for a small communication, that is the point in playing as a team. Not to the point of telling what he/she has, or what should be played next, or cut this person or that person, by no means on a cheating level, but there is sometimes a need of communication when in a situation of an non-nil biddig game, and one see's no possibilities of making one, there partner could know not to jump out the window on a bid when there partner needs help from the jump. But all play in different ways, but thats the point of playing online, to learn the different possibilities out there. But communication plays a big part in any type of game, communication leads to encourgament which leads to many victories. Just my thought of it.
