I'm going to mention a couple problems people might want to be aware of. It's happened to me before but I've lost about $12 in the last week ($10 just right now) because of glitches.

- One was the issue J.Banks brought up--happened to me too.

- Another was getting charged $5 for a game not starting: the message "one of the players has left the table" appeared, so there was no game, yet I was charged anyway.

- Just now, another odd thing: The software took maybe 20-30 seconds to initialize the game, then the cards were being played for me unless I played a card within the first one or two seconds of the time allowed. The computer ended up bidding for me and I lost. My internet connection is fine so I'm assuming this is a problem with spadester's server.

How long will it take to expect refunds? I've emailed the department, the first error was reported 4 days ago, the other two only moments ago. In the past Spadester has been pretty speedy about refunds--just curious.

Thank you for mentioning this matter. Glitches are, unfortunately, a part of the software. Sure, we try to minimize their
occurrence, but we can only do so much. What we can and are doing is to refund / compensate the players for such
inconveniences.

At this point I would like to ask all the players that have experienced glitches and LOST FUNDS in the process to contact us at
Support@spadester.com with the following information: Their User name, date and time of the glitch, the table they were sitting in, the amount that was lost and a brief description of the event.

This has happened to me 5 times in the past 3 days. I have messaged support each time, but so far have not had any response at all. There is one player on spadester that has caused this problem every time. His name is "Tommy" and he is ranked about 2600+. Now I leave the table as soon as he appears, it is not good enough that nearly everytime he sits the table gets messed up and I get the message you will not be charged but do anyway. Either that or I can't leave the table as the game has already begun although it says it hasn't. I only play $0.50 games but that is not the point, so far it has cost me $2.50.
