I'm sure you've heard it a lot of times already, but I have been requesting for a payout from my account for the past two weeks and it seems that there is nothing being ever done about it. All I'm requesting is the minimum of $40.00. At first, I have received communications telling me to send some information to you, which I've already done, then all of a sudden no word after that. I can't seem to find the right person to talk to. I even tried to call your toll free number but all it says is to leave a message. I can't afford to get a Payoneer card as the fees are just going to eat it up. I enjoy playing with your website, don't get me wrong, but it seems these payout issues are what's going to put your company's reputation at stake since you can readily accept our CCards but then you can't seem to part with the money that is owed the customers right away. This experience just leaves some of us really frustrated. Hopefully, you can let me know what's going on and how long do I have to wait before I can get my $40.00 payout, which is really not that big of an amount (but it's the principle behind it that counts as well as the trustworthiness of your company).

 hey I want to use my account for cash, but with this amount of complaints against payouts taking to long I will wait for your company to adjust and fix this issue Part of being a good business is making it easy for your customers deposits and withdrawels. let us all know if and when you update this thanks
