I logged in to this site this week after a few months and there seems to have been an escalation in the number of failed starts and errors, requiring the game or program to be restarted. One factor which causes this seems to be chatting whilst the game is starting- seems to crash the game/programme.

Today, as this happened, I restarted my computer to play and the program would not reload. So I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However when I try to do so, the message appears: 'An error occurs during download, attempting to download again'. This changes to 'Unable to download the new version, please contact spadester for help'.

If anyone has experienced this or has any useful tips on how to resolve the issue i would be grateful.

When it does work it is good fun to play and an enjoyable site.

I sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing, our technical department is aware of the problem.
Well…recently we’ve made a few changes in our software including the chat issue that you’ve mentioned.
Next time that you will run our software you will notice for the new updates .
